Preferred level of Experience:

Sales Responsibilities:
• Solicit and promote sales of ASB products
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to group targets
• Prepare and execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing and self-generated leads
• Set appointments, conduct sales visits, prospect, and engage with new-to-bank customers
• Cross-sell other retail banking products such as PF, PF-i, credit cards, etc.

Customer Service:
• Ensure high standards of customer experience in line with the bank's quality standards

Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures
• Protect the bank's image and brand

Operations:
• Maintain the physical sales center or hub in line with quality standards
