As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, attending to queries, selling optional trips, and ensuring seamless bookings. You will collaborate with our contracting and reservations teams to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, creating personalized travel options, and converting inquiries into bookings to secure repeat business.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Kota Kinabalu office in Malaysia.

Desired experience includes:

1. 1-2 years' experience in tourism sales, such as a tour or sales consultant role
2. Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
3. Deep knowledge of regional and local travel destinations
4. Proficiency with booking systems and customer service processes
5. A tourism degree is advantageous but not essential
