- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Description:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's services, including event spaces, room packages, and promotional offers. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The consultant is expected to achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert potential leads into confirmed sales
- Promote hotel services including event packages, corporate deals, and promotions
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and walk-in customers
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals professionally
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., banquet, kitchen, front office) to ensure service delivery
- Attend networking events and conduct site visits with potential clients
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues post-sale
- Update client records and manage pipelines via CRM or sales tracking tools
