Job Title: Sales Consultant at The Makeover Guys

As the Sales Consultant at The Makeover Guys, you will focus on providing consultations on interior makeovers and advice on maximizing property returns. Our mission is to enable people to enjoy better homes. You will establish and cultivate relationships with homeowners and provide strategic solutions for their properties. What You’ll Do
  • Educate homeowners on the importance of makeover their units
  • Understand clients’ needs and lifestyles to provide tailored solutions based on our services
  • Provide strategic solutions to increase the rentability of clients’ units
  • Perform area analysis of surrounding areas of the property
  • Prepare space planning, cost estimates, and quotations for homeowners
  • Study industry trends, home renovation, and smart interior solutions
Working Arrangement

Hybrid work model. Collaborate closely with our Interior Designer and Project Manager.

  • Client servicing experience is preferred
  • Background or interest in interior design/styling, home furnishing, or property/real estate
  • Fluency in English is required; Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus
  • Results-driven with a high level of accountability
  • Excellent time management skills
