WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  1. Sales performance management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  2. Generate and capture leads online and offline.
  3. Maximize lead conversion to sales.
  4. Ensure effective customer test drives.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Demonstrate deep understanding of Maserati brand and products.
  7. Maintain showroom and vehicle display cleanliness.
  8. Conduct all customer contact professionally to uphold brand image.
  9. Manage customer complaints professionally according to procedures.
  10. Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and policies to minimize risks.
  11. Promote all company services to customers.
  12. Follow all quality procedures.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales.

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of retail automotive sales experience.
  • Experience in luxury brands, hospitality, or banking is a plus.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
