Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
  • Thoroughly understand the products they are responsible to promote.
  • Develop a good understanding of competitors' products to know what new, innovative products are in the market.
  • Identify potential clients in particular territories or segments and develop relationships with them.
  • Develop good after-sales relationships with clients to encourage repeat business or new recommendations.
  • Monitor the sales process, including timely follow-up with purchasers, solicitors, and end financiers.
  • Maintain proper records of completed sales and update the developer system with any new information.
  • Work with the Marketing Communication team to collaboratively create successful sales campaigns.
  • Ensure that all sales galleries are tidy and presentable with all necessary product materials.
  • Check that all equipment in the sales galleries is functioning correctly, reporting any problems through the appropriate channels.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions relevant and required by the quality management system.
  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Requirements

Qualification:

  • At least a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Management/Marketing or equivalent.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in a property development environment.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered for entry-level positions.

Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of the property market, both local and overseas.
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills necessary for interaction with internal and external parties.
  • Good online and offline presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the IFCA system.
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
