- Manage sales process and customer relationships effectively.
- Provide insights for informed decision-making and improvements.

- Remain up to date with developments in the standards industry (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and other international standards).
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs towards the implementation of international standards/management systems.
- Explain the standards development process to customers.
- Negotiate, close deals, and respond to customer concerns.
- Provide the best solutions to assist clients in obtaining certification.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage the quality of product and service delivery.
- Involved in managing the sales process and customer relationship management, including lead generation, client engagement, and post-sales support.
- Provide performance insights to management for informed decision-making and strategic improvements.
