Job Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing customers to promote English learning programs
• Build rapport and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Follow up on leads from online ads, social media, and referrals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (with attractive bonuses)
• Update customer details and sales interactions in the system (CRM)
• Provide excellent after-sales service and handle inquiries professionally
• Keep up to date with latest product features and market trends
• Work closely with the sales team to meet collective goals

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields is an advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia & English, depending on target market. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
