  • Minimum education is Secondary Level.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the retail or Jewelry industry.
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of jewelry products (desired but not required; training will be provided).
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions.
  • Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic computer software.
  • High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products.
  • Provide product knowledge, detailing the quality, value, and features of the jewelry.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
  • Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Promote sales offers, events, and new collections to customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism.
  • Assist in merchandising and visual displays to ensure an attractive presentation of products.
