- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Strong sales aptitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of jewelry products (desired but not required; training will be provided).
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic computer software.
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products.
- Provide product knowledge, detailing the quality, value, and features of the jewelry.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
- Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Promote sales offers, events, and new collections to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism.
- Assist in merchandising and visual displays to ensure an attractive presentation of products.
