Role Overview

We are seeking Sales Commission Analysts to support sales operations across the Taiwan market. This role involves analyzing incentive structures, calculating sales commissions, and providing actionable insights to internal teams and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates are data-driven and detail-oriented, with experience in financial or sales operations environments.

Responsibilities

Incentive Plan Execution: Partner with leadership teams to design, implement, and manage sales incentive programs across various channels.

Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.

Strategic Alignment: Ensure incentive structures are aligned with overall business objectives and sales strategies.

Communication & Enablement: Clearly communicate incentive plan details to sales teams and offer ongoing guidance and support.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance against incentive benchmarks and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

Compliance & Systems Management: Oversee incentive-related systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, HR, and sales operations to ensure seamless delivery and administration of incentive programs.

Requirements

Requires at least 1 year to 2 years of relevant experience in sales incentives, commission, or sales revenue management.

Must have good skills in data analysis and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in a sales-related environment is an added advantage.

Preferred Background

Degree or experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Data Analysis

Familiarity with sales compensation models and performance tracking
