Our client, a MNC Pharmaceutical company based in PJ is now hiring!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead, implement and manage the newly established Sales Commercial Excellence function.
2. Lead the GTM optimization work with APAC and Business Units to optimize the Go-to-market (GTM) model design and execution to capture the prioritized business opportunities and maximizing commercial organization effectiveness and efficiency.
3. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) – Implementing foundational SFE processes, KPIs, and coaching systems.
4. Potential based high value customer targeting.
5. Customer Engagement KPIs alignment.
6. CRM and tools implementation and utilization (CRM tools, Sales tracking reporting tools, SFE KPIs tracking tools).
7. Incentive plan, Incentive operation and target setting.
8. Ensure market Tender management capability is enhanced with right tools and processes implementation.
9. Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, medical, training and other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
10. Market Research and Competitor Analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales force effectiveness, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and project management skills.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
7. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
8. Experience in SAP reports will be preferred.
9. The role requires occasional travel at APAC region.
