We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts. In this role, you'll take charge of the entire business development cycle-from identifying leads to closing deals and growing long-term client partnerships.

Job Description

  • Drive new business by identifying and securing EMS opportunities, including electronics assembly (PCBA) and plastic component manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners through regular engagement.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and uncover opportunities to help expand our client base and service offerings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales & Business Development Manager should have:

  • A degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCBA and plastic injection molding.
  • Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) is a strong advantage.
  • A well-established professional network within the EMS or contract manufacturing space.
  • Confident, independent, and proactive approach to generating leads and building partnerships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for spotting opportunities and delivering results.
