Job summary

SOUTHERN AUTO CAPITAL SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru seeks a Sales/Business Development professional (Junior/Senior) to expand the company’s vehicle financing and personal loan offerings.

You will visit dealers, identify needs, and tailor financial solutions to drive growth. Successful candidates will collaborate with Credit Assessment to ensure documents are complete, participate in signing agreements, and collect market data to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales/marketing in financial institutions is a plus.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred for customer interactions.
• Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Willing to travel and own transport required.
• Strong work ethic, self-discipline and ability to work independently.

Aggressively obtain new business opportunities to achieve assigned budget / target

Collaborate with Credit Assessment team to ensure completeness of documents required.

Attending signing agreement

Gather market information and feedback to the Company

Compile financial data and market information to perform credit assessment and analysis

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working experiences in sales/marketing in financial institutions, credit companies or leasing companies will be added advantage.
• Required Mandarin speaker as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• Willing to travel.
• Candidate must possess own transport.
• Good working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and work independentlywith minimum supervision
