Sales/Beauty Advisor/Promoter

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cosmetics and Skincare Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty products, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to engage and educate customers about our brand offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate cosmetic products to customers in-store or at events, ensuring a positive brand experience.
2. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating product benefits, usage, and application techniques to potential buyers.
3. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective promotional strategies and by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor.
4. Market Analysis: Gather feedback from customers about product preferences and market trends to inform marketing and product development strategies.
5. Event Coordination: Participate in promotional events, beauty fairs, and trade shows, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
6. Training: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings, and share insights with team members and management as needed.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and promotional activities to analyze performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
2. Previous experience in cosmetics sales, beauty consulting, or a similar role preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
4. Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of cosmetic products and skincare routines.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
7. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.
