  • Assist clients with property inquiries, conduct property viewings, and help with the sales process
  • Respond to leads, phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from prospective buyers and renters.
  • Help clients understand market trends and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth transaction closure
  • Ensure all necessary documentation (contracts, forms) is completed accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience; general labor or operational tasks experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and basic technical skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team environment
