As part of the team, you will play an important role in:

1. Providing nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers
2. Attending to customers’ inquiries professionally, helping them identify and purchase required products
3. Maintaining knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
4. Assisting in company activities, such as roadshows, exhibitions, and expos
5. Performing any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor from time to time

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. Minimum SPM qualification with 2 years of experience in retail or health food industry
2. Excellent communication skills with a good command of spoken English
3. Outspoken personality, strong customer service skills, and a sales-oriented mindset
4. A passion for promoting health and wellbeing
5. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
