Hiring Sales Associate|| Kuala Lumpur | Full Time | RM 2000 RM 3000

JobRequirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail / luxury industry.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraging to apply.
  • Pleasant and good grooming skills.
  • Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
  • Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Self-starter, vibrant, positive energy and go-getter.
  • Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work in Pavilion KL, KLCC & TRX.

Job Responsibility:

  • As Dior Ambassador; providing warm welcome to customers like a host.
  • Challenge oriented; enthusiastic in achieving sales target by embodying the Dior selling ceremony.
  • Customer development and engagement; building relationship with customers, develop customer profiles.
  • Provide excellent after-sale-service, i.e. follow-up calls to customer; repair, leather PA, etc. to optimize every selling opportunity.
  • Pillar to teamwork at boutique; supporting Store Operations, security procedures, cash and stock management, visual merchandising and display guidelines.

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Sundays (by shift)
  • Morning shift - 9am to 6pm
  • Afternoon shift - 1pm to 10pm
  • Off day - 7th off day per month subject to duty roaster.
