Job Summary

iMotorbike is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right motorcycles and accessories, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Maintain a strong understanding of iMotorbike's products and services.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with the team to execute sales strategies.
• Update and maintain records of sales activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferably in automotive or e-commerce).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
• Willing to work in shift-based schedules.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Basic Salary + Commission (competitive commission structure based on performance).
