Job summary

Reka Setia Playland Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to welcome visitors, handle ticket sales, explain attractions and promote packages in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

You will create engaging social media content, maintain clean, welcoming outlets, and work with the team to deliver memorable customer experiences while adapting to busy peak periods, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visitors, creating a friendly and memorable experience from the moment they arrive
• Assist customers with ticket sales, promotions and general enquiries
• Introduce and explain the different experience zones and attractions to visitors
• Actively promote tickets, packages and special promotions
• Ensure the outlet and experience areas are clean, presentable and ready for visitors
• Assist with daily operations and ensure visitors follow safety and experience guidelines
• Help create exciting social media content, including photos and videos for TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
• Contribute creative ideas for social media trends, promotions and customer engagement
• Work closely with the team to maintain a fun, energetic and professional environment
