Samsonite International S.A. in Malaysia's Johor Bahru is seeking a store leader to drive productivity and customer service excellence. You will own store performance, lead a team, and ensure tasks are completed while maintaining service standards.

The role requires 3 years in retail or service, 1 year in a leadership role, and strong communication. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook is a plus. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years’ experience in retail or service industry.
• 1 year experience in a position of leadership, management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuver sales floor.
• Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements, and store climbing requirements.
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.
