Sales Job Description (Domestic/Overseas)
1. Achieving Sales Targets

Complete the sales targets assigned by the company and undertake corresponding sales responsibilities;

Ensure the achievement of sales targets through order follow-ups, contract signing, and promotional activities;

Submit regular sales reports (e.g., weekly/monthly) and analyze the reasons for any performance gaps.

2. Market Development and Strategy Feedback

Develop target markets and expand new customer base;

Collect information on competitors’ pricing, promotional policies, and new product trends;

Analyze industry trends and provide feedback on customer needs to the product or marketing teams;

Propose suggestions for product improvements or marketing activities.

3. Customer Relationship Building and Maintenance

Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients;

Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong client relationships;

Respond promptly to customer needs and provide basic solutions;

Handle customer complaints when necessary, coordinate internal and external resources to resolve service issues, and enhance customer satisfaction;

Gather customer information and identify new project opportunities;

Support the execution of sales plans through proactive visits and channel development.

4. Compliance and Risk Control

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations;

Avoid commercial bribery and financial disputes;

Safeguard the company’s profits and legal rights.

Core Competency Requirements

Industry Experience & Professional Skills:
Familiar with telecom operator business processes;
Possess basic product knowledge, industry insight, and financial risk control awareness;
Experience with telecom operators or having client resources is preferred.

Execution Capability:
Goal-oriented, able to break down tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer empathy, logical thinking, and resource integration;
Excellent coordination skills both internally and externally;
Fluent in English and proficient in Chinese communication.

Job Responsibilities for Pre-sales Role:

Customer Needs Analysis:
Accurately identify customers' business pain points (e.g., network coverage gaps, cost optimization needs, value-added services, etc.) through visits, technical discussions, and other means. Analyze technical feasibility and resource alignment.

Customized Solution Design, Technical Support, and Demonstration:
Integrate internal resources to develop end-to-end customer solutions based on specific requirements. Responsible for presenting the solution and addressing customer inquiries. Prepare technical response templates and bid documents. Upon successful bidding, hand over the solution to the delivery team to ensure consistency between design and implementation.

Sales Collaboration and Support:
Support sales in negotiating technical terms in contracts (e.g., SLA commitments, liability clauses). Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, including customer communication, proposal preparation, and budget management.

Team Guidance and Training:
Lead the sales team in breaking down goals, mentor new team members, and provide training to sales or channel partners.

Market Feedback and Product Optimization:
Gather and analyze feedback from customers to stay informed about market trends and evolving product needs. Provide input to the product team for enhancements or new development ideas to better meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities for Procurement Manager:

Procurement Negotiation and Contract Management:
Organize and coordinate procurement negotiations and tendering activities; sign procurement contracts to ensure legality and compliance. Review contract terms (e.g., SLA, liability clauses). Ensure the procured items align with customer/internal company requirements and target objectives.

Order Execution and Issue Resolution:
Monitor the execution of procurement orders and resolve issues during the process (e.g., delivery delays, quality concerns). Coordinate with suppliers regularly to ensure smooth progress and completion of procurement projects.

Cost Control and Process Optimization:
Control procurement costs and optimize procurement processes. Be familiar with procurement rules, resource distribution, and industry regulations. Possess relevant industry knowledge.

Supplier Management:
Develop, evaluate, certify, and assess suppliers. Build and maintain a supplier management system. Accumulate high-quality supplier resources to build a resilient supply chain. Regularly review the approved supplier list to ensure qualifications, product quality, and delivery timelines meet requirements.

Cost Control & Market Analysis:
Ensure payment accuracy and analyze market trends and pricing dynamics. Strive for the most favorable procurement prices and support procurement decision-making. Conduct regular cost optimization and prevent supply chain risks (e.g., stock shortages, price fluctuations, supplier crises).

Team Management and System Development:
Train and evaluate the procurement team to enhance professional skills. Develop and improve departmental policies and procedures.

Other Tasks Assigned by Management:
Handle urgent procurements, resolve supplier disputes, and complete other ad hoc tasks as needed.
