We are looking for a Sales Assistant who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in enterprise software and customer service. You will work closely with our sales team to support client engagement, schedule meetings, assist with software demonstrations, and ensure customer follow-ups are completed.

Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and materials
Help organize client meetings and follow-up activities
Support product demonstrations and record customer feedback
Maintain CRM records accurately (training will be provided)
Communicate with customers via email or phone to assist with basic queries
Learn about Odoo ERP and support sales tasks as needed
Work closely with both the marketing and technical team for coordinated efforts
Interest in sales, software, or business technology
Some experience in customer service, sales support, or admin roles is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and willing to learn new tools (training provided)
Basic computer skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Diploma or degree in any field (Business or IT preferred but not required)
Experience using CRM tools
Understanding of business operations or ERP systems
