Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Manage and understand customer needs and questions with flying colors.
  2. Provide the best service and wisely use a mechanism to promote product promotion.
  3. Prepare sales/promotional area confirmed by the layout, ensuring that no garbage/POP box is left behind and is sufficient.
  4. Prepare and provide merchandise.
  5. Keep counters for monthly stock-taking.
  6. Attend training when necessary and appropriate.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM and above.
  2. Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  3. Have a strong interest in working in the retail sector.
  4. Able to work shifts, overtime, on weekends, and public holidays.
  5. Cheerful demeanor and not shy.
  6. Has an interesting personality - smart dress and neat, professional speaking and consulting with customers.
