Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Manage and understand customer needs and questions with flying colors.
  2. Provide the best service and wisely use mechanisms to promote product promotion.
  3. Prepare sales/promotional area confirmed by the layout, ensuring no garbage/POP box is left behind and that it is sufficiently stocked.
  4. Prepare and provide merchandise.
  5. Keep counters for monthly stock-taking.
  6. Attend training when necessary and appropriate.

Job Requirements

  1. Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  2. Have a strong interest in working in the retail sector.
  3. Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
