Job description
Job Responsibility
- Accurately selects products from store areas or areas based on customer orders or stock replenishment needs.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Responsible for replenishing stock and arranging products on shelves.
- Efficiently processes online and in-store orders, ensuring accurate selection and packaging of items for customer pickup or delivery.
- Handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
- Supports sales team by replenishing stock in sales areas and assisting with various inventory-related tasks.
- Manages daily coordination between customer packing and picking processes.
- Manages customer purchase forms and picks items based on customer orders within the specified time frame.
- Manage the checkout counter and customer service as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM.
- Ability to read, write and converse in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Ability to written and verbal reporting skills.
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work on shifts, including off days, rest days, public holidays, and special company events.
