Responsibility

• Sales, Account: at least 1 year (Preferred)
• Process sales orders via email, text or phone
• Complete any necessary administrative work including filing reports, or placing delivery order to clients
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales management team as required
• Provide support in functional areas of a Sales Operations department

Qualifications

• At least SPM or higher and should have good learning attitude
• Sense of ownership in your performance and its impact to the company’s success
• Hands‑on experience with MS Office & UBS Account (specifically Word proficiency)
• Independence and the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Malay & English
• Language needed: Bahasa Malaysia
