Required Skills
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Confident when talking to customers
- Able to explain technical products (EV chargers) in simple terms
- Computer & Digital Skills
- Microsoft Excel – to record and track sales data, leads, and commission
- Microsoft Word / PowerPoint – to prepare proposals or simple presentations
- Email & WhatsApp Communication – for clients and internal communication
- Product & Industry Knowledge
- Basic understanding of EV charging technology, power ratings, and types of chargers (training is provided)
- Interest in green technology and the electric vehicle industry
- Organization & Self-Management
- Able to plan daily sales visits and follow-ups
- Keep records of leads and customer interactions
- Work independently and meet targets
- Optional but Valuable Skills
- Basic graphic or social media skills (Canva, Facebook posting) for marketing
- Driving license and own transport
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell EV chargers to customers
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide after-sales support and product information to clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in EV technology and sustainability
- Good communication and negotiation skillsi>
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn
- Possess own transport (preferred)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM2,600 per month
- Sales Incentive: 1% commission per successful sale
- Annual Bonus (based on performance)
- Annual Salary Increment (based on performance)
