Sales Assistant

As a full-time Sales Assistant at Matmemorex Group Sdn. Bhd, you will be a key member of our team, playing a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our retail store in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This hands-on role will see you actively engage with customers, assist with product sales, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Attend to clients via phone calls, email and chat
• Assist clients if they are facing difficulties
• Provide customer service support
