Aureon Solutions Sdn Bhd 在吉隆坡机场及 JB 商场区域招聘零售助理/销售助手。此职位为全职（KLIA2）或兼职（JB Paradigm Mall），试用期内底薪 RM2,000，另有销售佣金；兼职日薪 RM100–RM120，亦有佣金。工作时间每周6天，轮班制，需具备马来西亚工作权利，能使用电脑与POS系统，愿意学习与成长。

Qualifications

Urgent hiring for full-time (KLIA2 Terminal) and part-time (JB Paradigm Mall – inside the mall) positions!
Position : Retail Associate / Sales Assistant

Basic salary RM2,000 (full-time probationary period) + sales commission /

Daily wage RM100 - RM120 (part-time) + sales commission
Retail Sales : Fashion bags, a wide range of apparel, and other fashion items.
Working Time : 6 Days Work Per-week, Retail Hour Rotation Shift (3 Days shift 8 hrs - 3 Days shift 10 hrs)
Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia
Language : Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Malay
Provide own transportation

About the role

We are seeking multiple Retail Associate / Sales Assistant to join our retail team at Sepang, Selangor / JB. This is a full-time position designed to support our retail operations and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our company, helping customers find the products they need and creating a positive shopping experience that keeps them coming back.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their product inquiries and purchases

Processing transactions accurately at the point of sale and handling cash and card payments responsibly

Maintaining product displays and ensuring the retail space is clean, organized and well-stocked

Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock replenishment and rotation

Providing product recommendations based on customer needs and interests

Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating issues to management when necessary

Adhering to company policies, procedures and visual merchandising standards

Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and performance goals

Assisting with promotional activities and special events as required

What we’re looking for

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a similar retail environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers

Strong numeracy skills and the ability to process transactions accurately

Attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain a tidy retail space

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as per retail requirements

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting and stocking

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

A willingness to learn and develop professionally within a retail setting
