About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our growing team at Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd in Pusing Perak. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Desription:

Assisting the sales team in achieving their sales targets and objectives.

Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, handling orders, and addressing customer concerns.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.

Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations.

Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance the company's sales and promotional efforts.

Supporting the sales team in administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports and presentations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge in technical skills is advantages.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Willing to travel when needed.

Availability to engage with customers and respond to their needs outside of traditional working hours.

Working Days:

Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm,
Saturday : 8:00am - 1:00pm
