Job description

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with all aspects of the e-commerce operations. Must be able to read & speak in Malay, Chinese & English. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of the business.

Key responsibilities

Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack products according to order requirements and prepare them for shipment.

Stock Management: Check and organize inventory, ensuring stock levels are updated and discrepancies reported.

Order Processing: Print bills, invoices, and shipping labels using the company system.

Quality Control: Inspect products for defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe for operations.

Team Collaboration: Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

No prior experience required (training provided).

Can understand and read basic Malay, English & Mandarin

Basic computer skills (for printing bills/labels).

Physically fit (able to lift/move packages as needed).

Detail-oriented and reliable.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
