Job description

Job Responsibility
  1. Effectively handle customer inquiries over the phone.
  2. Assist and follow up on existing customers and potential clients, with potential leads provided by us.
  3. Provide quick and timely solutions to all customer-related issues.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service.
  5. Manage inbound calls/queries from WhatsApp and email efficiently.
  6. Handle complaints, provide appropriate resolutions and alternatives, and follow up within specified timelines to ensure resolution.
  7. Record customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and archive documents. Ability to create high-quality documents, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and customer journey manuals.
Job Requirements

We are currently expanding our presence on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and TikTok. We have mastered strategies for success on these platforms and can help you replicate them. Our company is a new media education firm with over 5 years of experience, having assisted over 5000 students worldwide. We are the largest course production company in the knowledge payment field, focusing mainly on TikTok and Xiaohongshu.

Requirements
  • Language: Mandarin
  • Education: SPM graduate or higher
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Bonus points for experience in marketing, e-commerce, direct selling, or related fields
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Experience in customer service or related fields (telemarketing, billing, customer contact) is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant voice
  • Available to address and resolve customer issues or concerns
  • Follow up with inactive or unresponsive accounts to ensure successful product implementation
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.)
  • Stay updated on course and product features and releases
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, able to handle pressure
  • Eager to learn and grow, striving for improvement
  • Positive attitude, enjoys helping others, good character
