Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with F&B operators.
2. Promote and sell stainless steel kitchen equipment including chillers, ovens, sinks, and workstations.
3. Understand client needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
4. Conduct site visits, consultations, and product presentations.
5. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and handle order follow-ups.
6. Collaborate with internal technical and design teams to deliver successful projects.
7. Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
8. Actively use social media (IG, Facebook, TikTok) to promote company products with marketing ideas.

Requirements:

• Willing to become a Live Host on TikTok to promote products and reply to inquiries on social media platforms.
• Basic drawing skills with drawing software.
• Languages: English & Bahasa Melayu; Chinese-speaking candidates preferred for serving Chinese clients.
• Good communication skills and patience in serving customers.
• Contribute creative marketing ideas and feedback to Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Willing to shoot videos for social media.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (F&B or equipment industry preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, results-driven.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
