Job Description
- Assist in communication between the sales team and customers, and handle customer inquiries and needs;
- Prepare sales documents and reports, such as sales contracts, quotations, etc.;
- Follow up on sales orders and delivery progress to ensure orders are completed on time;
- Maintain sales database and customer files, update sales records and information;
- Coordinate cooperation between internal departments, such as communication with logistics, finance, and other departments;
- Assist in organizing sales events and exhibitions.
Education And Experience
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in marketing, advertising, media, digital or equivalent;
- Experience working as a sale team for manufacturing industries is required;
- Minimum two years of related working experiences;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills;
