Job Description

1. Assist in communication between the sales team and customers, and handle customer inquiries and needs;
2. Prepare sales documents and reports, such as sales contracts, quotations, etc.;
3. Follow up on sales orders and delivery progress to ensure orders are completed on time;
4. Maintain sales database and customer files, update sales records and information;
5. Coordinate cooperation between internal departments, such as communication with logistics, finance, and other departments;
6. Assist in organizing sales events and exhibitions.

Education And Experience

1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent in marketing, advertising, media, digital or equivalent;
2. Experience working as a sale team for manufacturing industries is required;
3. Minimum two years of related working experiences;
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
5. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
6. Excellent communication skills;
7. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills;
