Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Enter, process, and track customer orders, shipment arrangements, and account receivable verification.
2. Maintain contact with customers, reply to emails, and confirm delivery dates.
3. Provide shipping documents, assist business personnel in controlling shipments, and handle import and export matters.
4. Assist business personnel with internal administrative operations of the company.
5. Produce business reports.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
• Basic administrative skills.
• Willingness to go to Taiwan for training.
• Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin.
