About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Optical in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall sales and operations of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash and electronic payments

Maintain a tidy and organised store environment, ensuring displays and inventory are well-stocked

Provide product information and recommendations to customers to help them find the perfect eyewear solution

Support the team in various administrative and operational tasks as needed

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the optical or fashion industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
