Responsibilities

• Review plans, system schematics, and customer documents to develop cost estimates.
• Discuss with customers to collect detailed technical requirements.

• Prepare quotations and follow up on quotation status.
• Participate in project meetings and monitor project status.
• Provide project updates to managers.

• Reviewing plans, system schematics, customer specifications, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates.
• Discuss with customers or end users to collect detailed technical requirements for the assigned job.
• Work with customers and internal engineering teams to design engineering solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Manage relationships with existing customers and build relationships with potential customers to generate new business.
• Understand competitors and align with new strategies to win in competition.
• Prepare quotations, costing, and test proposals for projects.
• Follow up on quotation status with customers.
• Trigger purchasing of equipment and components used in projects.
• Transfer sales to projects, participate in weekly project meetings, and monitor project status until delivery.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members, managers, customers, and suppliers.
• Provide project updates and supporting records to Project Manager and Sales Manager.
• Assist the project team in obtaining and providing feedback to customers.
• Handle and manage services related to customer requests and complaints.
• Travel to customer sites as necessary.
• Provide field support or development when needed.
• Support management requests as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Willing to work on weekends when required.
• Possess own transport.
