A leading company in cleanroom testing services is seeking a motivated Sales & Application Engineer to join its CPT team. The role involves selling specialized services to clients in regulated industries, conducting client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and up to 2 years of experience, with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel.
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Application Engineer to join our Cleanroom Performance Testing (CPT) team.
In this role, you’ll sell specialized cleanroom testing services to clients in pharmaceutical plants, semiconductor fabs, biotech labs, and hospitals. You’ll work closely with consultants, QA/QC teams, M&E contractors, and project engineers to propose technical solutions aligned with ISO 14644 and GMP compliance standards.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys both technical discussions and closing deals.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in regulated industries (pharma, semicon, hospitals, R&D)
Conduct client meetings and site walkthroughs to understand cleanroom needs
Present CPT services to engineers, QA teams, consultants, and contractors
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions
Coordinate with internal engineering team to scope, schedule, and deliver projects
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales pipeline progress
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client events
Follow up on completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
0–2 years of experience in technical sales within cleanroom services, HVAC, or air filtration systems (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
Familiarity with ISO 14644, cleanroom classifications, or GMP areas is a plus
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
