Description
The ASM will have responsibilities in three key areas: Business Management, Merchandising and Brand Representation, and Training/Coaching.
Business Management
- Manage a geographical sales territory.
- Build strong relationships and teamwork with various team members within the partner’s channel across multiple locations and levels, including Store staff, Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Dealer Principals.
- Engage actively in store-level activities to meet revenue targets, service standards, and attach rates.
- Ensure store staff are well trained on new Apple products and maintain strong communication with POS to drive demand generation activities.
- Conduct Quarterly Reviews with Store/Area/Regional management to discuss performance and align on future growth plans.
- Gather market insights and suggest actionable strategies to drive sales growth in the territory.
Merchandising and Brand Ambassador
- Ensure Apple product merchandising meets the brand standards and is regularly updated.
- Display Apple products according to merchandising guidelines and maintain high brand representation standards.
Training and Coaching
- Organize regular Apple product training sessions for virtual teams.
- Maintain extensive product and service knowledge to deliver optimal customer solutions and cross-train team members.
- Develop expertise in specific areas and serve as a regional peer leader.
- Conduct in-store training and seminars to educate customers about Apple products and solutions.
- Mentor and develop staff to advocate for Apple’s features and benefits.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in retail sales.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
