WE ARE HIRING :Sales and Support Specialist

Working hours: US hours (5:00 PM 1:00 AM SLT)

Work mode: Hybrid role (primarily remote)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales and Support Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines Sales Development and Customer Support responsibilities, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in both prospecting new opportunities and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients who fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and other platforms.
  • Initiate outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and social media engagement.
  • Engage with prospects to understand needs, qualify leads, and articulate product value clearly.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Track all prospecting activities, leads, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

Customer Support (Approx. 50%)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal technical teams when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and updates to maximize value.
  • Collect and document customer feedback and share insights with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to FAQs, support articles, and help-center resources.
  • Manage support requests, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales development, customer support, or account management).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism in dealing with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with helpdesk or support platforms.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and resilience in handling demanding situations.
