Based in Malaysia, they have unique expertise in designing and manufacturing bus bodies (SKDs and CKDs) and the assembly of buses (CBUs). Furthermore, they have exported our products to more than 15 markets around the globe including the USA, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and Hong Kong, meeting the respective road safety regulations. They are committed to provide distinctive and sustainable solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers who are embracing environmentally friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple overseas markets and coordinate day-to-day administration of public transport projects
  • Assist and/or take lead in tender submissions and sales enquiry, crafting cost-effective proposals based on client needs
  • Work closely with team to plan and complete projects on time and with quality
  • Partner with commercial team and supply chain to optimize processes, manage costs, and discover cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sales plan, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
  • Build strong positive relationships with clients, team members, subcontractors, and management
  • Develop processes to assess risks impacting business objectives with regular updates and actionable plans
  • Prepare clear and timely reports and updates to ensure proper documentation for traceability
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas, ensure all project documents and records are accurate and current

Requirements:

3-Must-have

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language (for overseas market handling)
  • Strong winning attitude with passion to seek ways on improving product deliverables

2-Good-to-have

  • 1-2 years of project coordination or project handling experience from automotive (Fresh graduates welcome, can target sale admin profiles from any industry)
  • Preferred education in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting and Finance
