Sales and Marketing Manager / Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

Join the dynamic and forward-thinking Meta Bright Group Berhad as an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager. In this full-time role based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies, supporting the growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Convert leads from WhatsApp, FB ads, roadshows & events

2. Close direct buyers and follow up with agents

3. Help run previews and on-site events

4. Support and follow up with agents to push sales

5. Coordinate with designers and agency for flyers, ads, reels, etc.

6. Help us post content or prepare basic social media content

7. Give feedback from sales to improve our ads.

8. To plan and implement effective Marketing Action Plans within annually or quarterly cost budget.

10. To strategize Product Sales packages based on market momentum.

11. Conduct relevant market research/trend analysis/product study report in order to improve product's market competitiveness.

12. Monitor and control database via web registration & etc. Manage and coordinate with Advertising agencies on social media platforms and marketing collaterals.

13. Manage social media platforms and create posting strategy and artwork.

14. To plan, organize and implement product launches, roadshow & etc.

15. To participate in project feasibility assessments.

16. To conduct market studies and advise on suitable product mix and pricing for new projects.

17. To prepare proposals and present to potential partners, government ministries or departments.

18. Conceptualize and create e-greeting cards for festive and special events.

19. To assist in sales and marketing for property development projects within the Group.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the sales management industry

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant sales and marketing tools

Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset

Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
