Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: No 3A, Jalan Susur (Jalan Kluang), Pusat Perniagaan Parit Raja, 86400 Batu Pahat, Johor

Job Scope

• Monitor and manage marketing activities at HQ and branch level

• Plan and implement effective sales & marketing strategies

• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (TikTok & Facebook Ads)

• Oversee content editing and marketing team output

• Analyze performance data and provide strategic insights

• Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams

• Handle customer engagement on all social media platforms

Requirements / Preferred Qualities

• Experience in digital marketing, especially with social media ads

• Strong understanding of sales funnels and brand growth

• Proficient in data analysis and campaign reporting

• Creative mindset with leadership skills to guide a team

• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
