SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE 行销执行员

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and conduct product presentations to customers, business partners, and internal sales personnel periodically.
2. Participate in pre-sales presentations, develop, and manage new accounts to expand customer base and enhance sales performance.
3. Follow up on quotations and coordinate orders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor product listings, shop-in-shop designs, and ensure content alignment with brand marketing and promotion plans.
5. Analyze and report on product sales performance across all e-marketplaces.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team on product promotion and conduct market research to improve sales.
7. Ensure smooth operation of all related processes.
8. Work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
9. Assist with inventory ordering and replenishment to maintain sufficient stock levels.
10. Develop marketing plans and strategize seasonal promotions, including advertisements, mailers, and catalogs.
11. Be proactive and resourceful in lead generation and developing sales strategies to meet targets.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Higher/Pre-U, Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an aggressive attitude.
3. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and able to work independently.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
5. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
6. Own transportation and willingness to travel within Malaysia (outstation 1-2 times per quarter).
7. Full-time position available; immediate start preferred.
