Sales and Marketing Executive (Freight and Transportation)

Actively pursue opportunities for growth and business expansion by maintaining the existing customer and developing new clients in the respective region

Implement the marketing strategy for the freight business, including developing effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth in line with target.

Seek out new business cooperation with more competitive pricing

Focus on customer needs including business and operations, to establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction

Manage and take overall responsibility for smoothness and efficiency of day-to-day office activities, including sales calls, customer pickup and delivery arrangements, communication & documentation, custom matters and etc.

Clearly communicate customer requirements (billing, operation, etc) to operation and customer service beneath

Liaise with counterpart and authority to ensure compliance with governing regulations

Ensure the sales lead profitability and manage the aging collection

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any related discipline

Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight selling and management capacity (Airefreight / Seafreight / Land Transport Trucking / or Logistics Warehouse)

Candidates with proven Sales Account Management and/or hunting sales will be advantage added

Proficient in spoken and written English as well as Bahasa Malay. Candidate with proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills, highly self-motivated

Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage

Possess own transport and a valid driving license
