SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE (based in Melaka)

The role involves developing effective sales and marketing strategies to meet the company's growth, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. The position also includes managing the company's social media and e-commerce channels.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing excellent consumer and wholesale customer service.
  2. Handling email and phone inquiries for wholesale and retail orders.
  3. Monitoring, updating, and engaging in live chats on eCommerce and social media platforms.
  4. Growing existing accounts and establishing new customer relationships to meet sales targets.
  5. Maximizing sales potential in assigned territories through prospecting, follow-up, and product knowledge.
  6. Prospecting potential customers via direct and indirect methods.
  7. Managing customer complaints and returns.
  8. Assisting with warehouse sales and managing showroom appointments.
  9. Monitoring inventory and ensuring eCommerce site accuracy.
  10. Updating reporting templates regularly.
  11. Conducting sales activities professionally and ethically.
  12. Implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
  13. Managing social media and web content.
  14. Providing administrative support to the owner and other functions.
  15. Following operational procedures meticulously.
  16. Performing additional office duties as needed.

Qualifications and skills needed:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Shopee, Lazada.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written.
  • Prompt and clear communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
