Aonic is seeking a Techno-Commercial Executive to enhance sales of agrochemical products. The role merges agronomic knowledge with sales expertise to deliver solutions to farmers. Responsibilities include technical support, developing relationships across the agriculture value chain, and performing market analysis.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Techno-Commercial Executive to drive sales and market penetration of agrochemical products, including crop protection and plant nutrition solutions. The role combines technical agronomy knowledge with commercial acumen to provide value-driven solutions to farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Drive sales growth by promoting agrochemical products (e.g., herbicides, insecticides, fungicides,bio-stimulants).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers and farmers in the agriculturevalue chain.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding market coverage.
- Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in collaboration with theCommercial Manager.
2. Technical Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to farmers, including product recommendations, cropadvisory, and demonstration plots.
- Conduct field visits to monitor product performance and gather feedback.
- Deliver product training and technical presentations to dealers, growers, and internal teams.
- Assist in addressing product complaints or performance issues through field trials or investigations.
3. Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer feedback reports, field activity updates, and marketintelligence summaries.
- Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends.
- Maintain proper documentation related to demos, trials, events, and promotional activities.
