- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Financial and Forecast Management
- Assist in developing and managing the sales and marketing budget.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources for maximum ROI.
- Track sales performance metrics and report findings to management.
Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to adjust strategies accordingly.
Marketing and Promotions
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Coordinate with Goodnite Marketing Team for advertising and promotional materials.
Sales Team Management
- Design and deliver training programs for sales assistants to enhance their selling skills.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure consistent performance across outlets.
- Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales assistants to tailor approaches based on local market needs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Interior Design).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the cabinetry industry.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of cabinetry materials and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
