Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Heng Hiap Industries Sdn. Bhd. and H2 Sunergy Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang and Kota Putri, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our customer base within the sales and marketing function.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
3. Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and secure repeat business.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
6. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to represent the company and generate new leads.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and market trends.

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and goals.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure new business.
5. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools.
6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7. Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
