About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join the growing team at AJIYA SAFETY GLASS SDN BHD. In this full-time role based in Senai Johor, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth for the company's range of innovative safety glass products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying and prospecting new potential customers across various industries
2. Generating sales leads through cold-calling, networking, and digital marketing activities
3. Arranging and conducting sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services
4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with new and existing customers
5. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
6. Supporting the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategy
7. Collaborating with the wider team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the glass or construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRM systems
• Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
